Life in Sydney

So for all of those people who are not in Australia, or who have not been to visit yet, here are some photos of our home in Sydney and our new car - which you can imagine is lots of fun during a Sydney summer!!

Photos of home were taken during a Sunday afternoon BBQ with some of our great friends - Tara, Rosie, Steph and Rich.

The photos of our car, were not taken from outside our house (we wish), but rather from the Southern Highlands where Peter took me for my surprise birthday weekend.

I have also popped a picture in of Sydney Harbour - enjoy!

Looking forward to you all coming to visit soon!!!

Natalie's 30th Birthday Lunch

Almost catching up to Peter, Natalie has finally turned the big 3-0 and to celebrate we had lunch with a few friends at one of her favourite places - The Clovelly Hotel.

Lunch started around 1pm and continued on later into the night.....as you can see from the photos.

As you can also see from the photos, we had a surprise visitor from the UK and we were all so excited to have Mum here to celebrate with everyone.

Our Honeymoon - South Africa and Mauritius

Finally, we have a chance to post some photos from our amazing honeymoon on safari in South Africa and then on the beach in Mauritius. We firstly visited Sabi Sabi, which is a private game reserve within Sabi Sands (next to Kruger Park) in South Africa. We had a wonderful time seeing all of the animals (including the Big 5) and the lodge was fantastic. We had elephants coming right up to the lodge and we even woke up one morning, to find an elephant on the path outside our suite.

The trip was unforgettable and we hope we can go back again very soon! Unfortunately we did not get a photo of the leopard growling at us when we were on safari, but Nat was trying to crawl as far into the open top truck as she could!!

Then we had a few days of lying by the pool and on the beach in Mauritius. It was completely relaxing and we did absolutely nothing at all, except swim, read and eat!!!
